General terms

Prices, availability and appointment times may change. A service-request submission is not a finalized booking, contract or authorization to charge. Final quote and appointment information must be reviewed and accepted by the customer.

Service appointments & travel

Cool Car Washers is appointment-based and customers bring vehicles to the Northville arrival location in their confirmation. Patrick’s Photography and Super Snow Sweepers travel to approved locations.

For mobile services, the first 2 miles each way from Northville are included. Additional mileage is calculated for the round trip and shown as one travel-fee line using the current federal business mileage rate, presently $0.76 per mile. The owner confirms the final distance and fee before acceptance.

Photography sessions

After the date and final quote are confirmed, a 50% nonrefundable deposit is due to reserve the session. The remaining 50% is due after the session. Package descriptions are estimates of session time and deliverables; weather, location, subject cooperation and creative requirements can affect results.

Seasonal snow contracts

Customers may request a snowfall trigger from 0.5 to 3 inches. Lower triggers generally have a higher seasonal price because they may require more visits. With the customer’s approval, uploaded property photos and service details may be processed by OpenAI to assess visible workload and prepare a private advisory range. The owner reviews every property and sends the only final seasonal quote and agreement. Seasonal details must be finalized by October 1; exact season dates may vary by year.

Qualifying service is generally planned within a few hours after snowfall ends, conditions and safety permitting. Weather reports may lag or differ from conditions at the property. If Godfrey Enterprise cannot perform a qualifying service, the customer receives an appropriate service credit; if ongoing service cannot be continued, the unused seasonal portion is prorated. Final signed terms control.

Digital agreements

When Godfrey Enterprise publishes a final agreement, the signed-in customer can review the exact scope, quote, travel fee and service-specific terms before accepting. The adult signer types a full legal name and confirms authority to approve the work. The site retains the accepted version, date, signed-in email, browser information and a privacy-protective hash of the network address as the audit record. Accepting an agreement does not itself charge a payment method.

Custom products

Customized products enter production only after the customer checks the selected picture and/or entered text and confirms the information is correct. Minor differences in color, scale or placement can occur during production. Changes might not be possible after confirmation and checkout.

Shipping, returns & concerns

Available shipping options and final charges are displayed before payment. Contact the team before returning an item. Eligibility depends on the item, condition and whether it was customized. For damage or an incorrect order, send the order number and clear photos through customer support.

Privacy

Property photos, addresses, snow-service proof photos and request details are available only to the signed-in customer and authorized Godfrey Enterprise staff. They are used to review, route, document and provide the requested service. When a customer chooses “Find property photos,” the entered address is sent to the U.S. Census Geocoder to obtain approximate coordinates. Those coordinates are then used to display official aerial orthoimagery from USDA and USGS The National Map. The customer must confirm whether the center marker shows the correct property. Imagery may be old or vary in resolution and is displayed without Godfrey Enterprise storing a copy.

For an approved AI-assisted snow-property review, resized copies of customer-uploaded photos and non-identifying service details are sent securely to OpenAI. Customer names, contact information and exact street addresses are excluded. USGS imagery is not included in that AI review. The resulting assessment stays private to authorized staff and does not automatically set or send a quote.

The website keeps privacy-conscious activity totals using approximate network-based city, state or country information and an anonymous first-party identifier. It does not store raw IP addresses, honors supported Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals, rounds map coordinates and removes activity records after 90 days. Contract acceptance stores only a salted, one-agreement network fingerprint rather than the raw network address.
